hbaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the hbaji platform and its members. The platform provides online betting and casino services to Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh.

hbaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in due course. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

All of the following conditions must be met to open an account on hbaji:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• An account is strictly personal — it may not be transferred to or used by anyone else.

2.2 Identity Verification

hbaji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Verification may require a copy of a national ID or passport, a mobile number, and where necessary, bank or mobile banking details. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.3 Account Security

Members are responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If someone accesses the account without authorisation, hbaji's support team must be notified immediately. Otherwise, the member bears full responsibility for all activity carried out on that account.

The following mobile banking and banking methods are supported for depositing and withdrawing funds on hbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (per method)

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this time may be longer.

3.3 Payment Terms

• The source of funds deposited into the account must be legitimate.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus or if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, although exceptions may apply in certain cases.
• hbaji reserves the right to hold any payment if fraud or unusual transaction activity is suspected.

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on hbaji. All bonuses have specific terms, and unless those terms are met, neither the bonus nor any winnings earned from it will be withdrawable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may participate in a promotion only once.
• A bonus must be used within a set period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• A bonus is never direct cash. Winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all bonuses and related winnings being cancelled.

hbaji's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Cashback payments are governed by their own rules and may change at any time.

hbaji offers betting on various sports including cricket and football, as well as casino games such as slots, live casino, and fishing games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet will not be considered valid until it has been confirmed by the system after placement.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hbaji reserves the right to make a decision on that bet.
• If live betting closes after an event has started, no new bets will be accepted.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If an event is rescheduled more than 12 hours after its original time, the bet will generally be considered void.
• Separate rules may apply for specific sports or tournaments.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all winnings will be cancelled:

• Placing bets using software or automation
• Abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts
• Betting on fixed or manipulated matches
• Using another member's information or providing fraudulent information

• If any provision of these terms is violated
• If registration was completed using false or misleading information
• If fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is suspected
• If multiple accounts are being operated
• If an attempt is made to compromise the platform's security or harm other members' interests

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus-related amounts or winnings linked to a violation will not be refunded.

hbaji's platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. hbaji will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures.

• hbaji is not responsible for bets lost due to an internet connection being interrupted.
• hbaji reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly paid out due to a system error.
• The outcome of any game is determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) of the relevant game software — hbaji does not interfere with this.

If any single provision of these terms is found to be ineffective or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to apply.
